3 Account Registration

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any other person. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
4 Account Suspension and Cancellation
hv777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following circumstances:
- In cases of providing false information
- In cases of operating multiple accounts
- On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- In cases of misusing another user's account credentials
- In cases of misusing system or bonus benefits
- If age requirements are not met
- On suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions
Before cancelling an account, hv777 will investigate the cause and contact the person concerned if necessary. Any legitimate funds will be returned, however if fraud is proven the funds may be forfeited.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
5 Deposit Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to depositing funds at hv777:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
- All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳)
Deposited funds are kept completely secure. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption technology.
6 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
The following rules must be followed for withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
- An identity verification process may need to be completed before withdrawal
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
- The withdrawal process may be delayed in cases of suspicious activity

Bonus and Promotion Terms
7 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms and conditions apply to receiving and withdrawing this bonus:
- Wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) — the bonus becomes withdrawable once you have placed bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit gets ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000; or ৳10,000 deposit gets ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000
- The bonus applies only with the first deposit
- The bonus must be claimed within the specified time limit to receive it
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per device, IP address or household
8 General Bonus Policy
The following general policy applies to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- hv777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
- Misuse of bonus benefits (such as claiming through multiple accounts) is a punishable offence
- Separate terms and conditions apply to cashback and refund bonuses, and these will be communicated at the time of accepting the offer
- The validity period of each bonus will be stated separately in each offer
9 VIP Program
hv777's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Changes in VIP tier are determined based on regular activity and active participation. The terms and conditions for withdrawing cashback funds will apply separately for each tier.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
10 General Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed while playing games on the hv777 platform:
- All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable
- Any attempt to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited
- Playing games using automated software or bots is completely prohibited
- Any technical issues during gameplay must be reported to the support team immediately
- hv777 reserves the right to cancel any transaction resulting from a technical error
11 Sports Betting Rules
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA and other leagues), kabaddi and other sports:
- Bets are accepted before the match starts or within a specified time limit
- If a match is suspended, cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded (specific rules apply)
- Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and illegal
- hv777 reserves the right to change odds
- The maximum win limit may vary for each event
Prohibited Activities and Liability
12 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the hv777 platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
- Creating or operating accounts under a false identity
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for gain
- Defrauding or pressuring other users
- Attempting unauthorised access to the system or hacking
- Creating accounts for minors or helping them play games
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
13 Limitation of Liability
hv777 is not liable in the following circumstances:
- Game losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues
- Loss of password or account credentials due to your own negligence
- Delays or issues from third-party payment service providers
- Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events
- Service suspension due to government restrictions or regulatory authority directives
In any dispute, hv777's decision will be considered final, however the user retains the right to raise a legitimate complaint.
